Our Center
The Detroit Pregnancy Test and Help Center (DPTHC) is a Christian nonprofit ministry, serving the community since 2012. We provide confidential information and support to women who are facing unplanned pregnancies. We believe the solution to an unplanned pregnancy is to eliminate the crisis, not the child. we have been assisting young women and families who have entered our center afraid, unsure, and even rejected [by family and the father of the unborn child]. Women who are facing unplanned pregnancies come to us looking for information that they can trust. In a confidential and respectful setting, we answer their questions about adoption, pregnancy and childbirth, abortion and the life-saving ministry of Jesus Christ.
With every client, we take a hands-on role to save the lives of unborn children! We seek to make a difference in the mother’s life as well, because we recognize the cycle that can be planted or already started. We give parenting classes, counseling, post abortion counseling, interview etiquette assistance, and material assistance.
Our Goals
We would like to be a light in the community so that we can help improve the lives of our mothers and their families. Our goal is to be able to provide ultrasounds in the center within this year.
